Do I need to be home?+
Only if that is how you want access handled. Many clients leave a lockbox code or meet us at the start. Tell us what you prefer on the quote.
Do you clean inside the oven or fridge on a regular visit?+
Appliance interiors are a better fit for deep cleans and move-related jobs when they are emptied. Recurring visits focus on the surfaces you use every week unless we agree otherwise.
What about pets?+
Tell us. We can work in homes with pets. Secure animals that are uncomfortable with visitors. Heavy pet hair is not a surprise if you mention it — it just changes how long floors take.
Do you list prices on this page?+
No. Homes vary too much. The quote is based on the property you describe, not a fake average.
