Landlords & property managers
Get your rental ready for the next tenant
Turn vacant units into show-ready properties with a professional two-person team and a checklist built for turnovers — not a light tidy.

A vacant rental only makes money again when someone new can walk through it. Clean Command’s rent-ready service is built for that gap — the days between one occupant leaving and the next showing, inspection, or move-in. We send a two-person team, work from a detailed list, and treat the property like it has to photograph and show, not just pass a glance from the hallway.
Landlords and property managers in Port Huron, Fort Gratiot, Marysville, Kimball, and St. Clair already juggle vendors. Paint, maintenance, and keys are enough. Cleaning should not be another chase. Tell us the address or city, the size, the bedroom and bathroom count, and the condition. If the unit is a standard turnover, we schedule a focused visit. If it is a heavier job after a long occupancy, say so up front so we block enough time.
Rent-ready work is different from a recurring house clean. Appliances need interiors when they are empty and accessible. Bathrooms need more than a surface wipe. Floors, baseboards, and high-touch hardware are what the next tenant notices first. We do not quote prices on this page because every unit is a different size and a different story. The quote form is how we get you a real number.
If you manage more than one property, ask about a recurring property-manager account. Same team style, same checklist language, and one place to request the next turnover. You can also pair this with a move-out clean when the outgoing occupant is still responsible for a deeper reset, or hand the whole job to us when you just need the keys back on a clean property.
We also clean in Port Huron, Fort Gratiot, Marysville, Kimball, and St. Clair. Looking for a different job? See move in / move out cleaning, commercial & office cleaning, or residential cleaning.

The process
01 Request a quote
Send the city, unit size, bedrooms and bathrooms, and an honest note about condition. Photos help — mention them on the form and we will text a link.
02 We schedule
Once access and timing are clear, we book a window that fits the showing or new lease date whenever we can.
03 Your team arrives
A two-person crew brings supplies and works the checklist. Kitchens and baths get the time they actually need.
04 Property ready
You walk into a clean unit that can be shown, inspected, or occupied — without assembling a last-minute crew.
Questions we actually get
How is rent-ready different from a regular house clean?+
Rent-ready work assumes the property is vacant or nearly vacant and has to be shown. We spend more time on kitchens, baths, appliance interiors when accessible, and the details that show in listing photos. Recurring home cleaning is paced for a lived-in house.
Do you replace the outgoing tenant’s move-out clean?+
Sometimes. If the outgoing occupant already did a thorough job, a lighter rent-ready pass may be enough. If the unit was left dirty, say so. We would rather schedule the right visit than pretend a short appointment will reset a neglected property.
Can you work around painters or maintenance?+
Yes, if you tell us the sequence. Cleaning after paint and repairs is usually the better order. If trades are still in the unit, we may need to reschedule so we are not cleaning around wet paint or open jobs.
Do you publish prices here?+
No. Unit size, condition, and access change the time on site. Use the quote form or call and we will price the actual property.
Need it cleaned? We'll take command.
